Processing Times All orders are packed with care and intention. We aim to process and dispatch your magical treasures within 1–3 business days. You will receive a notification email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates (Australia Wide) We ship  orders via Australia Post, Couriers Please & Aramex

  • Standard Shipping: From $3.00 - $10.00 Approx. 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping:  $15.00 Approx. 1–3 business days

  • Free Shipping: Spend over $80 to receive free standard shipping!

  • If you can't wait for your order and live in the High Wycombe area we may be able to deliver the same day or next day

International Shipping Currently, we only ship within Australia.

Returns & Breakages Your satisfaction is our priority.

  • Damaged Items: Crystal Trees and burners are fragile! If your item arrives damaged, please email us at Purelybewitched@outlook.com.au within 48 hours with a photo of the item and the packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Change of Mind: Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose your crystals and tools carefully.
